I recently had my first skin check with a specialist instead of my GP, and I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service from Dr Alan and his friendly assistant. Dr Alan's humorous approach really put me at ease, and he took the time to show me how to do skin checks at home. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Alan Reid, an exceptional dermatologist and skin cancer expert. The facility boasts cutting-edge technology, and the staff, including nurses and receptionists, are always courteous and eager to assist with any inquiries I might have. The level of care I’ve received has been outstanding, making this specialist center truly commendable. Dr.Alan Reid is a brilliant dermatologist and skin cancer specialist. The equipment is state of the art. The nurses and reception staff members are always polite and friendly. They're well-mannered and willing to help with any queries I have. I highly recommend the doctor, the team and specialist centre. Though, it can be a challenge to park a car. Also you will have to book ahead in advance (which is a good sign that it's a great specialist centre and a good doctor.)

Saw a psychologist here lasted month. Appalling standard of service. Admin staff failed to email documents or follow up. Only immediate response was when they wanted to collect payment. Will not return for further treatment.
