Boardwalk is a terrible management company with rental increase after the next not matching the amenities and upkeep
Boardwalk is a corporate landlord and they sure act like it. I had a roommate who was lovely for a year, until she got a boyfriend who she became addicted to drugs with. She moved the boyfriend into our shared apartment. I brought my concerns to Boardwalk and they did nothing. I brought my concerns to the RTDRS, but the law sees roommates as one tenant, so I took the blame for the damage my roommate’s addiction caused. Pathetic excuse for a rental company, harassing me for months over payments owing that didn’t even exist. Constant phone calls, messages, borderline harassment sending me letters asking for thousands of dollars that in reality turned out to be a $45 difference. Learn to communicate better, ridiculous to have to talk to 6 different people about the same thing multiple times, explain the same thing over and over. Enjoy your $45.
Very disappointed with the decision on Move out charges. Not expecting for getting charge for window which are frozen in winter and release black mold on getting melted.
I’ve got to say, I can’t say anything bad about Boardwalk , only positive things … I just hope the rent doesn’t go up that’s all..
