If I could give less than one, we would be far into negative territory. Here's a list, which is not comprehensive by any means: - our particular property manager was horrific - when we moved, they had kept the deposit. when asked why, they listed mostly false and illegal reasons. See you in court. - Did not comply with one aspect of the "advantage" program, the monthly mandatory rip-off - Did not repair property defects that were very dangerous - horrible communication - the owner is a jerk. RUN!! This process, by far, is the worst experience. Extremely horrible communication. They play mind games and are very biased. I believe that they treated us poorly because of our Hispanic last names. We have an excellent renter's history. We met all the requirements and even had to get a co-signer, which we did not need. There is never anyone to speak with; it goes to voicemail. We were chasing a rabbit down a hole to nowhere. We paid 50.00 each for the application process, even though we did all the work. As we all know moving is an incredibly stressful and time consuming event that everyone goes through in their life. Well I moved here, was super nervous about being scammed and what not ( there is so much of that going on its nuts!).
