They seem to like sending maintenance workers without any notice and then proceed to say they had no idea they were coming when giving them a key to my place. We pay for two parking spaces when we only have one but they insist we have two, yet there's no way to park in the second stall whatsoever. I had my kid at home sick as a dog and the office let aquatara unlock the door and walk right in at no one's attention with no notice being visible. The ammount of lies these office people push on their clients for things to go their way needs to end and be looked into.
When looking at photos on their site on places, some places in the same estate have the same photos were in place both for premium and normal selections. They don't take care of their parking spots at all. We've complained about others smoking and yet they seem to do nothing about it yet it's in there policy. They've let horrible smells stay since we've moved in. They never bothered fixing the bathroom fan when we moved in. Our bathtub fills up with water when unclogged, had it snaked and all.
