When looking at photos on their site on places, some places in the same estate have the same photos were in place both for premium and normal selections. They don't take care of their parking spots at all. We've complained about others smoking and yet they seem to do nothing about it yet it's in there policy. They've let horrible smells stay since we've moved in. They never bothered fixing the bathroom fan when we moved in. Our bathtub fills up with water when unclogged, had it snaked and all. Get rid of Tania and get someone who follows up on maintenance requests. Fix people's heat and power. Fix stuff! Fix stuff!
The only people that care are the contractors. Id rate a zero if I could, horrible people employed that dont deserve to even be in the position they are in.
Boardwalk has been very good to us, always making sure to complete all tasks.
