I have lived here for about a month and have enjoyed every day of it. Everything is so close and people are so friendly. Management team makes this place great and even sacrifice there free time to makes sure it is great. If looking for a place in the center of all the attractions of Florida this is definitely the place to be. Love the pool open at a constant 85 deg and wonderful clubhouse and great for kids.
Clean Peaceful Gated Community. Location is awesome, everything is close by. Management is great.
The staff are liars and crooks. They tend to change their policies at the drop of a hat. We reported them to the Better Business Bureau about this. We felt discriminated against cause we're white. Don't trust a word they tell you about the fee. They told us we can't pay by the week, they need 200.00 deposit and 3 mos. rent. We're moving on for we hate liars and crooked Crystal.😒
Soy residente de esta comunidad, todo está muy limpio, se respira buen ambiente, el personal de oficina es espectacular, siempre brindándonos un eficiente servicio, mi familia y yo estamos felices de vivir aqui
I've been a long seasonal regular at the Boardwalk for five seasons now and I have always found the place to be a safe and family oriented. Probably more so now than when I first started staying here. The current management has children and they make sure that all the children in the park are included in the numerous activities they organize and sponsor.
