Beware, Awful Management. My Daughter had a roommate this year that assaulted another roommate. The police were called, police report written, and roommate investigated. My Daughter and the other roommate not involved went to the management company to see if could be absolved from the lease due to safely issues. Alec and Scott, said no as there was not enough evidence and they could not break the lease. The roommates all moved out and we had to eat the lease for 6 months, 2K plus.
