Courteous prompt service and reasonable cost
Great space to wait. Service is efficient and capable.
I purchased a new Odyssey three months ago. After my second service I was told I do not have a maintenance coverage. I was told numerous times when purchasing this vehicular that it would be covered, under Hondas maintenance plan. When I brought this up they waved the service fee as a one time thing because “sometimes the sales rep with mention the car is covered by the maintenance plan when it is really not”.
