A voicemail was left regarding my 2009 Honda Accord being ready for pickup from the service department. After taking an Uber to pick my vehicle up and paying the $2,600 for the work done I was given the keys and told where the car was parked. To my surprise I saw that there was tape around the gas door (picture included). I purchased a used vehicle on 5/4/2020. The car has been great so far. The problem is I am still waiting for the permanent license plates I paid for. I have had extreme difficulty receiving a call back or an update. I am very disappointed by the unprofessional service.

They are very courteous and knowledgeable. I went for a routine maintenance, and they estimated my approximate waiting time, which was almost exact. I had an oil change and they gave me a coupon. I would not go anywhere else for maintenance of my car.
