Service Department manager sucks big time. I will never deal with boardwalk honda and buy any vehicle or have any services done from them ever again. its a service department that don't back their service.

Great buying experience. Our salesman,Gary, was very professional and no pressure. The General Manager, Joe, checked on us throughout the process. The dealership is very Marine Corps friendly which is a big plus for me.
I sat in the sales department with my daughter for 3 hours, waiting for approval, but had to leave to get my daughter to work on time. It’s going on 3 days, and I have yet to receive a call with an update. I left several messages and so did my daughter and they have Failed to call either of us back. This is my daughters first time purchasing, so, We were iffy on whether or not I would approve for co signing for her. If I didn’t approve, her Grandmother was on stand-by to be next. They lost this sale due to negligence.
The people at Boardwalk Honda are truly amazing. Sonny and his team treated us with respect listened to what we wanted and made us feel important instead of a sale. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you again for everything.
