I have used Boardwalk Homecare for 2 months and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. First they give you a good price, then they nickel and dime you for "extra service" and a food allowance. My mom weighs 100 pounds and sleeps over 12 hours a day so this is a relatively easy job. I complained about the nickel and diming, but it was their way or the highway. The first caregiver Boardwalk provided had a bad attitude and complained about everything. She spent way too much time on personal phone calls whether it was her break time or not. ... read more
