I have been living here for over a year, and since I moved into this suite, I have had several maintenance issues that still have not been resolved. One of them is the bathroom chain, which was supposed to be fixed. Someone came with the tool, but they did not replace the part and simply said everything was fine. Love this place! Super clean, safe, and cozy with everything close by. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice home! The building is nice and close to the university which was quite easy to commute. Abeeba from office is soo helpful.
Extremely Disappointed! We have a mouse in our apartment and no one care. We’ve been waiting over a week for a specialist to come deal with the issue, and still nothing has been done. I went to the office today at 9 a.m., and all the staff were just sitting around having coffee. They promised someone would come – but, surprise – still no one showed up. What’s even more frustrating? They have no problem sending letters about increasing the rent:)
