I always get excellent, helpful and friendly service from the office staff at Boardwalk Heights!
Never ever rent from this or any other boardwalk building. Building has a huge mice and rodent problem. Huge gaps under the doors, big holes everywhere, building management doesn’t care about these complaints (never). We were forced to sleep with a dead mice, I even reached their ceo and got back a standard generated message. Never ever rent from boardwalk or you will pay to sleep with rodents, poor customer service.
I have been living here for over a year, and since I moved into this suite, I have had several maintenance issues that still have not been resolved. One of them is the bathroom chain, which was supposed to be fixed. Someone came with the tool, but they did not replace the part and simply said everything was fine.
