Very informative, knowledgeable and professional sales staff at Mid-Rivers location made our many trips with samples a very pleasing experience. When materials were delivered we had a small issue with delivery. Sales staff responded to our concerns that same day and we even received an email from company owner at midnight asking what he could do to make sure everything was correct.
