I live here and I put a concrete patio in my back yard with a hot tub. Now their saying remove the concrete and put down pavers. This would cost me thousands to remove. They also want me to get rid of my spa which is for medical reasons. They gave me 14 days or be evicted out of my house in 20 days. Wendy is the manager and she is the worst. They have tow trucks come through to tow cars if someone parks in the wrong spot. I don't recommend living here.
