I was really impressed by the attentiveness and kindness of the staff and dentist. I have TMJ issues, so it’s difficult for me to keep my mouth open for a long time, which usually makes dental treatment challenging. However, the dentist and assistant here were very thoughtful and considerate, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment.
My family has been going here for years and the staff are always lovely and professional, but on a few occasions, I have had billing issues and been charged incorrectly. Today I took my child to get a sports mouthguard, these have always been 100% covered by private health insurance, but I was also charged for an examination which has never happened before when getting a mouthguard and this was not covered because he had all ready had his 2x examinations within the last year, one being about less than 2 months ago.
They charged us an extra $45 for a 5 minute examination that we did even ask for. It was complet B.S!
