Chris Bensfield was my leasing consultant and he was such a pleasure to work with. Always so happy, responsive, positive and professional with anything I needed! He made my move in process so seamless and easy which is not common! Elizabeth in management is always so helpful with anything I have needed from the time I have moved in until now. She is always welcoming me in to her office and ready and willing to help in any way she can. I love this team and recommend them to anyone looking for their next home!
Very corrupt management and unethical people who run this place. They gave a unit that had so many painting issues which I took pictures and asked them to fix, but they never fixed them correctly and at the end of my lease they charged me for painting. It is unbelievable how money hungry these people are.
I have been living in these apartments for six months. What can I say with confidence? This apartments is well suited for those, who like it when someone’s hair is washed with shampoo in the pool next to them. For those who like to see a dog next to them in the BBQ area. For those who like to wake up at 7 am to the sounds of a drill. But if the noise of a drill does not bother you, then the leasing office can offer you the sound of a lawn mower at 7 am especially for you.
