My daughter lived here and everything in her closet was covered in mold after her first 2 months there. They bleached the a/c vents to try and fix the problem however you can see the mold/water damage around all the windows. The maintenance staff only patch with caulk. They never replace the rotten drywall. You can see the black mold under the caulk. And there must have been 10 layers of caulk. There was also a hug problem with German roaches in the kitchen and she had to keep her bathtub drain closed or bugs would come up a... read more

It was okay. I lived here for two years and I'll give you some pros and cons. Pros: - large room and bathroom - furniture is included: queen mattress, dresser, side table, desk, and chair - fairly cheaper option in the area - super close to campus - general maintenance staff was super nice and helpful when I lived there Cons: - Property manager is often not there to help with issues (no hate, just think she got too much going on) - Emergency maintenance often doesn't deem things as an emergency (lazy) - bees living inside ou... read more

The previous year I had stayed at Plaza on University and had more issues than I could account with management and cleanliness. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH BOARDWALK. There is always plenty of parking in the lots and normally spots directly in front of your unit. My unit's dryer broke and within 24 hours maintenance had fixed the dryer and that has been the case for the repairs we have needed. The management at the office is very friendly and understa... read more

I love it here! Just the other day the Property Manager randomly gave residents at the pool some popsicles. They’re always super friendly, accommodating and sweet. I wish I would have moved here sooner.

I'm going to give a full in depth review as a Junior at UCF. Firstly, I pay $924/mo in rent and I enjoy living here and renewed for a second year, so overall it's a positive experience. The location is incredible. I ride an electric scooter that cost me $400, so instead of paying for insurance, gas, parking, etc, I can ride to class for free in under 7 minutes. It's literally right at campus, it's a perfect location and that alone is worth a lot. The size and quality of the apartment is pretty nice. I wouldn't expect much mo... read more
