I would not recommend living here if you were a student or if you are sensitive to mold, the Internet went out for over a month after a hurricane which is somewhat understandable but for students who rely on internet you would expect some sort of apology or maybe a little off rent but this place is money hungry and they would never. power outages, robberies, and cockroaches, what else can i say.
This place had seemed nice for my child to stay at 1st she is a university student..1st thing happened was them giving her a place with cats that she put on the application that she is allergic, she now had to leave that place n was homeless for days.. they found a new place that 1st week place was infested with roaches, ants then there power went so she was left with a fridge for 12hrs all her food had to be thrown out especially her eggs.. they're reason for the power was that they forget to pay the bill how irresponsible,... read more
I put it in maintenance request 4 weeks ago to get my bath faucet fixed because it’s leaking and creating mold and i’ve called and called and they said they put in a note that it’s high priority and it’s now exactly 4 weeks and it’s just gotten worse they don’t care about their residents that renewed just the ones that are new.
My daughter lived here and everything in her closet was covered in mold after her first 2 months there. They bleached the a/c vents to try and fix the problem however you can see the mold/water damage around all the windows. The maintenance staff only patch with caulk. They never replace the rotten drywall. You can see the black mold under the caulk. And there must have been 10 layers of caulk. There was also a hug problem with German roaches in the kitchen and she had to keep her bathtub drain closed or bugs would come up a... read more
