This place used to be nice 10 years ago. I've witnessed residents letting homeless people in the building. I smell people smoking pot in their apartments regularly when visiting my mom. Yesterday, was the kicker. I was dropping my mom off at her apartment and a resident got off his walker while he was smoking, walked along side one of the pillars by the front door, and just pulled out his... and peed right there and didn't even think anything of it.
