I’ve complained several times about their rental The Circle at Seton about their tenants dogs barking; videos sent. Dogs barking for prolonged periods (hours). They reply back saying they’ll look into it and nothing gets resolved.
avoid this boardwalk rental scum all they think is about how to take advantage of taking your money they dont return damage deposit also.
They know very well what to do. They lock people in first for a reasonable rent, and keep increasing it every year regardless of the market. If you're a new customer, the rent is way cheaper than the market rent, but if you're an existing customer, you're most probably paying so much higher. They just posted a unit that is literally identical to my place for $220 less than what I'm paying, and right when the market prices was going down they bumped my rent $100.
