RecommendedCustomer service is great; even during the COVID-19 outbreak. Kevin Suchora even responds to texts...a week after I bought my Crosstrek...😂 I've had many people reaching out and going above and beyond after the purchase. Bought my first brand new vehicle here! 😁
they have zero costumer service after the sale.. 4 days to get a call back from service department finally ate the loss and had my car towed to waikem in massillon. they had repair done and returned to me before I even got a call back from boardman subaru.. believe me I will definitely remember that when I'm ready for a new car
Really disappointed in the way the service department handles people with older Subarus. Twice now have attempted to deal with the service department and both times treated less than because I have an older Subaru. This time, completely lied to add never followed up with after asking for a quote.
Their service department is second to none! I won’t go anywhere else. Always so helpful and everyone is so nice!!
