RecommendedI just leased my third Subaru. Dave was a great sales person but every one I have dealt with or have spoken to have been great. Years ago when I stated shopping for a new car I left because of pressure or just felt like they were rude. Then I drove from PA to Boardman Subaru and was treated like a Queen lol. I won’t go any wear else. They are knowledgeable and friendly.

This is our 3rd Subaru we have bought from Boardman Subaru. It has always been a good experience buying there. We purchased the last one from Uncle Pete and he made us feel comfortable with his expertise and kindness. The process with all information about what we were looking for helped us decide on the used Outback we bought. This dealership is so refreshing. We went to explore the possibility of buying a Subaru. Tony Onesti was knowledgeable, NOT pushy, and very helpful. We ended up buying a Subaru from a private owner. Went back to the dealership for service, asked for Tony. He was not in the least resentful and gave us all the information we needed. Service treated us well. We are impressed! From the sales dept to the finance dept to the delivery specialist, the experience of purchasing a Forester was wonderful. Everyone is welcoming and knowledgeable. The dealership goes the extra mile by having a delivery specialist contact you days after delivery to answer any questions and guide you through the many features of the car. And including a gasoline gift card and free car wash is pretty special customer service! I highly recommend!!

My experience with Dan Bond at Subaru was flawless. He patiently explained all the features of my new Legacy, and made everything easy to understand. Dan understood that going from a 16 year old car to a brand new one would take some instruction on his part, but he reassured me as he went through a little tutorial. I am so happy with my new car! And I would recommend Dan if you're looking for a down to earth salesperson who will listen to you and not just sell you a vehicle.
