I went on a Saturday to look at a car but when I got there it had just sold, Subaru filled up my tank for the hour drive I made, Monday I went back and traded my 12 Legacy for a 16 Legacy limited. They were great. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Went in yesterday for a 15 minute oil change. 1.5 hours passed and I finally had to say something. 15 minutes after that, I was on my way out.
I always have amazing service here no matter what my needs are. They have a great team of sales professionals. I love my new car even though I had a hard time giving up my old one. I purchased my Subaru Outback from Joe Bada who was phenomenal to work with. I absolutely love my car and the service I receive every time I go there. The service department is great and has a very nice waiting area with complimentary coffe, water and small snacks. Highly recommend Boardman Subaru and if you are looking for a new vehicle see Joe !!!

Express service staff from sign-in to completion was professional and courteous. I was in and out in 35 minutes and they washed my car!
My husband and I took the time to find a vehicle online and contact Boardman Subaru for purchase. We were not able to go in to the dealership to purchase but worked out a way family could do it for us. Dan worked extra hard to help make this possible for us and had everything ready to go. We were very pleased with our experience and so happy to have a vehicle to drive when we move back to the states.
