Never bought a car and it's not even through service on the day they had said. Not professional at all
Went in for a basic oil change with a recently expired coupon. The dealership accepted the coupon and I waited in their stocked clean waiting room with my laptop with free WiFi. They also went out of their way to replace the wipper blades after they already finished with the car ( I forgot to mention it when I first went in).
