Very friendly and helpful
I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and conversation with the people there. The staff remembers the patients and know how to talk to them.
Was in a lot of pain. They squeezed me in same day I called; however, when I got there I was not rushed or hurried. They took their time, listened carefully and asked lots of questions about my history. Follow up appointment was the next day.
Everyone here is incredibly kind and caring. I felt welcomed immediately, and I am really appreciative of their efforts to help me. Dr. Katie is absolutely fantastic and very great at what she does. Every other worker I’ve met has also been super helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this place. I have lived in Richmond for a while and I’ve struggled to have positive experiences in finding good healthcare; I’ve had bad experiences with eye doctors, dentists, primary care physicians, you name it.
