Not recommended. On my account, I accidentally booked a room at the fayette location meaning to book at oelwein Boarders location. 30 minutes away. I contacted the fayette location admitting my mistake and was told by the manager that it's life and there was absolutely nothing that could be done. RecommendedWe stay here whenever we are in the area. Clean quiet rooms, hot tub, hotel bar, and a nice size pool.
Prices were not as quoted. The high speed WiFi didn’t work and the pool was freezing it definitely was not heated. Charged twice for the room and they refuse to refund. We’ve stayed here before with no problems until now. Manger was very rude.
When you walk in you are transformed into a cabin-type atmosphere. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, pool, lounge and breakfast area. The lounge and breakfast area are great for family gatherings. We ordered pizza from a recommended pizza place, wish I knew the name, but it was SO GOOD! We will be going back for our family reunions in Iowa :)
Outstanding place and staff. Would recommend this lovely hotel to anyone and plan on staying again.
Wonderful, relaxing place to stay. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Nice big area for family gathering! Would definitely stay there again!
Great facility, incredible staff & all around great experience for our family. The pool area, the bar area and the lobby were great for larger groups. Looking forward to future visits!
