The last 24 hours have been a nightmare for me, including being left out in the snow for 5 hours before the Goodwill Inn stepped in to help. I want to give a huge thank you to Michelle at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, respectful, and kind to me during a very low point. I am currently in a corner room b I'my a car wash and slamming doors, which has my traumatized dogs on edge and barking. Bedbugs
It is always a pleasure to stay here. It is always quiet, clean, and they even have dog treats in the lobby if you have a dog with you! Sunny, the agent at the front desk, is always so polite and considerate I told my sister he always brightens my day and makes me want to stay at this particular hotel. I visit Traverse City often as my Dad lives here and I always look forward to staying at this hotel!
We stayed in a king jacuzzi room with sleeper sofa. We opened the sofa bed to find food on crumbs on the mattress. The mattress is stained and cigarette burns on the extra blanket for the sofa bed. The 25 dollar extra a night for a dog fee is ridiculous. The pet fee should be on the reservation so you know before check in
