It is always a pleasure to stay here. It is always quiet, clean, and they even have dog treats in the lobby if you have a dog with you! Sunny, the agent at the front desk, is always so polite and considerate I told my sister he always brightens my day and makes me want to stay at this particular hotel. I visit Traverse City often as my Dad lives here and I always look forward to staying at this hotel!
We stayed in a king jacuzzi room with sleeper sofa. We opened the sofa bed to find food on crumbs on the mattress. The mattress is stained and cigarette burns on the extra blanket for the sofa bed. The 25 dollar extra a night for a dog fee is ridiculous. The pet fee should be on the reservation so you know before check in
Was looking for a getaway and break from work, which is pretty rare for me. Wasn’t impressed with the service and tried to address that directly but it wasn’t taken seriously. A 70 dollar room should receive the same class service as any other highly priced room I believe. I ended up with athletes foot which I’ve never had as far as I recall. Website says pet friendly but nothing regarding an extra charge. Got there and he said we can decide the charge of whatever we want when you get here!! Are you serious?? Then made me fill out paperwork proving my dog was for my disability and what he could do. Even though I had oxygen strapped to my face when I walked in. Also nasty sticky stuff on the nightstand and we have only been checked in for 15 minutes at this point.
