Wish someone would have warned us! Started with terrible communcation then turned into giant sized invoices for 'change orders' never ordered, budget items w/in fixed price contract that were impossible with even the least expensive materials, and invoiced for items that were contracturally their expenses. Both contractural and verbal deadlines were months late costing us a double move and tens of thousands of dollars. All of this, and more, amounted to fraud and swindle.
