If I could give 0 stars I would, we had an order that was supposed to be picked up a month ago at this point, I call every customer service number and keep getting forwarded to answering machines that are full. Also multiple CS reps have hung up on me, never respond to emails. Avoid using them at all costs.

Avoid this company. They gave us 2 days notice on when they would collect a shipment. We had everything ready. They didn't show up. They refused to take our calls. They refused to return our voicemails and they refused to acknowledge the error via email. I requested them to call me twice during email chains and they refused. Would not recommend using this company if you are looking for a reliable service.
