Definitely beware, you cannot trust them! They used every excuse possible not to complete the renovation they were paid for. Gerald ran off with a large amount of money that he demanded I keep paying him in advance or his team couldn’t work, I was under a tight schedule and wanted it done and he kept making promises that he would not keep.
