Wish I could give them negative stars. I purchased a vehicle from them back in 2020 and I went to trade it in recently, and get this. The car fax i was shown at the closing of the contract was a fake and the car had been in a pretty serious accident resulting in some catastrophic damage and the deployment of every airbag. At the time of getting my new vehicle from a reputable dealership over 2 years later is when I found this out. It reduced my cars value by over 8000$ plus depreciation. Buddy from BNM sold me a car 6 months ago and the transmission just died yesterday. It was a $7k car and somehow after making a $2k down payment and $2400 in payments I still owe…. $7k! … but the car is dead. Expect the best treatment in the industry. I was amazed at the experience, and that's after literally everyone that gave me advice told me to go there. 6 independent friends/ associates all told me to go there, so I knew it would be good, but DAMM!
My son bought a car a week ago they said they did work on it but it was all was a lie going home the check engine light came on fixed that problem then another light came on I really thought the car would last longer than a week for 3500 it was a lemon
I bought a great running vehicle, [Hummer H3] in excellent condition after months it still runs great. Financing terms were easy. Professional, personal and respectful. I will buy here again. I highly recommend this auto dealership. Five years later the H3 is still running strong.
