Worst customer service ever the sales men are straight up ass holes there cars are way overpriced and have really high mileage
My schedule is very limited due to my work. I found a nice Mercedes C class online at BNM auto sales. After a few days, made the 45 minute ride out to the dealership. Kevin was super helpful in getting me the finance I needed. He was very quick and efficient when it came to the delivery process. BNM has a lot of different styles and makes of vehicles. If you like getting insulted while buying a high priced high mileage vehicle this is a good place To go for it. Walked out after the salesman said I "look like the type of person who would buy second hand tires for $300"
I contacted BNM, from Virginia on a Sunday. For our convenience, they allowed for my dad (lives in town) to come test drive it. They answered all of our questions, gave us the carfax, and we did our homework and price compared. We put a deposit down over the phone and arrived the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Our entire family drove over an hour to test drive a Nissan Titan since they were so hard to find used in our local area. We pulled in, got keys to check it out, weren't hovered over by any "sales" people, got to take a good test drive with just us, got a fair offer for our trade in and drove away with our new-to-us truck all in just over an hour. Great experience with Yigit Yalcin. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was how dusty the interior of the truck was.
