We made our appt with them and they were right on time. Very thorough and precise. We shared stories and was pleasantly surprised at the amount we received for our Moms costume jewelry, old silver & gold pieces. Highly recommend them. Now I'm digging for more of my own discarded pieces to turn into $$, ha.
