The attitude and customer service here were absolutely disgusting. The place feels like a dungeon, and the workout space is extremely cramped and uncomfortable. After my experience, I wouldn’t take a class here even if it were free. It honestly feels like the priority is selling franchises, not creating a good experience for customers. Definitely not worth the money.

The classes are okay, and the instructors are decent. However, I was required to purchase their equipment for $50, even though I only needed to use it for about two minutes across the five classes I attended. That felt unnecessary and disappointing. Overall, the experience was average, and I think there are better gym and fitness class options in the area that provide better value.

As a newer member , I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism in Kyra’s class! While I value corrections, her delivery was consistently condescending and rude. There is a way to provide instruction that is respectful and but her approach felt rude and unprofessional. As paying adults, members deserve to be treated with respect at all times.

Worst customer service experience. The front desk staff is very friendly when encouraging you to purchase credits, but once the purchase is made, those credits somehow never appear in your account. You're then stuck calling repeatedly just to try getting what you already paid for..... yet you getting nothing out of it When I finally asked for help resolving the issue, I was told that we never purchased the credits and that they were supposedly used/ purchased at the Glendale location--somewhere I have never even visited.
