Worst customer service experience. The front desk staff is very friendly when encouraging you to purchase credits, but once the purchase is made, those credits somehow never appear in your account. You're then stuck calling repeatedly just to try getting what you already paid for..... yet you getting nothing out of it When I finally asked for help resolving the issue, I was told that we never purchased the credits and that they were supposedly used/ purchased at the Glendale location--somewhere I have never even visited. Rude. I enjoyed the class and wanted to franchise but this group of pretentious people looked down on people and are judgmental. Judgement has no room in fitness and that’s why you’ll fail team. Rude people.

My favorite workout in LA. I started coming here when they first opened and I always return. When I am consistent I see the best/fastest results in my body. I love the mix of cardio and strength training every class and I just love the overall format. I never get bored!!! The instructors are motivating, the vibe is sexy, the music is fire, and the new studio remodel is beautiful!! Ignore the bad reviews. The classes themselves are good, and the instructors do a solid job, but the management is extremely disappointing. I was given incorrect and inconsistent information by multiple front desk staff regarding cancellation, despite clearly stating my intent to cancel and following their instructions. My emails to the official address were ignored, and I was charged again after being explicitly told I would not be.
