Think twice about working for this company. This company has been the worst. During the time I worked for BNC before they layed us off a resident threatened to hurt me and leasing agent. We reported to the supervisor Maggie B and she told me I was over reacting. The next day he showed up the we werewso scared and supervisor Maggie B. and the president of the company Susan S. never did anything to protect us as their employees even after being awear of the situation. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THIS PLACE SINCE 10/2017, LEAVING A COUNTLESS NUMBER OF MESSAGES. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM ANYONE. HERE IT IS GOING ON 2 MONTHS AND I HAVE YET TO HAVE THIS MATTER FIXED! I WILL BE TAKING MATTER INTO MY OWN HANDS TO GET THIS CLEARED SINCE NOBODY IN THE CORPORATE OFFICE IS DOING THEIR JOB
Do not rent from any of their properties. Unless you want on going lies. I filed a Better Business complaint and they did not respond until 4 months after. They won't do the right thing. Just give my great aunt her money back. Run away while you can. The staff doesn't know what they are doing. My great aunt was supposed to move into Pecan Square Village on Cranbrook. First, they lied to her and told her son to come pick up the paperwork. When her son came they said they don't have it, so he drove 45 minutes for nothing. Next... read more
