I've been in one of their properties for several unhappy years in Atlanta all you get is DIY and never professional repairs i have mold, falling cabinets,bad plumbing bad electrical sockets falling from the walls as well as cabinets ceilings falling in mold throughout the house windows don't close properly and are extremely old foundation falling from the house because of moisture and I have an extreme water bill because of bad plumbing and a leak in my tub that raised it to the thousands by the time they got a guy to fix it... read more
