Booked an appointment to get my hair done for a special event. My hair do didn’t even lasted an hour. Very upsetting when you pay and your hair do is gone before you get to the special event. Reached out to my hairstylist Nelly about my hair do gone before the event didn’t even bother to apologize or resolve. Recommend to go somewhere else for any hair dos wouldn’t like anyone to experience what was done to me.
