First of all, she broke the number one rule of customer service. I asked for short stiletto nails. She told me that she does not like them and they don’t look good. I don’t care what you like! I’m the customer and I’m PAYING! secondly, she was slightly racist. She pre-judged me as if I cannot pay for the services that she overpriced. I told her I was thirsty, not knowing that it was a whole refrigerator behind me full of water. She didn’t even offer me a water until I paid.
