Extremely detailed response. Very thorough, very helpful. Stayed on the phone to explain and help on a project I was working on. When other shops had an attitude and treated me as if I was a bother, they treated me like my time was valuable. Highly recommend this shop.
Carlin is awesome, I've been going to him for several years now, and he's the most honest and helpful BMW specialist that you could ever imagine! Even with the things that I try to fix myself, he is ALWAYS on the spot when I need help. So many times that he helps out, and just sends me on my way. Can't go wrong with BMWERKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
