Exceptional service if you need to spend $. Otherwise my recommendation is to find another garage. BMW kept my car a week without finding the electric problem I had and never replied my follow up emails. Disappointing
Have used BMW parts for years. Have always had great customer service and the staff are helpful and very knowledgeable.
Customer Service needs some attention, Parts Advisor didn't address questions via email and I am then told "I cannot give you any further information" Try harder In response: "MULTIPLE emails" = 3 emails.... At no point was I asking for afternarket information, just the physical size of the BMW battery, as your parts advisor wasn't sharing the part number despite asking twice... perhaps the reason for MULTIPLE emails Yes, try harder and improve your customer service
