BMW Victoria offers beautiful cars and a pleasant lounge, but the service experience doesn’t live up to the brand. A simple issue—a wrong battery model on my X5—was completely overlooked, leading to repeated breakdowns, unnecessary expensive repairs, and weeks of stress that proper care and attention should have prevented. Communication was slow and commitments weren’t kept. The cars are exceptional; the service is not.
Big thanks to Daniel, Nick, and Tyrone for their amazing service and support. I recently purchased one of their trade-in vehicles, a Toyota Camry, and it is in excellent condition. From the very beginning, they were friendly, patient, and honest. They made the whole process really easy and comfortable for me. The vehicle I bought is working perfectly, smooth drive, great condition, and everything functions just as promised. Thanks again!
