I purchased my first BMW through this dealership a few weeks ago and I could not be happier. I will admit it came with a small hiccup being a used, 10 year old car but the staff at this dealership went above and beyond to make sure my problem was addressed properly and efficiently. They did not do all the work they where asked to do and still charged me .
I came all the way from Calgary to purchase my first BMW at BMW Victoria! Charles and his team were consummate professionals right from the beginning. I found them to be organized, clear with the details and very quick to respond to my emails. I never once felt rushed or pressured. Charles was even nice enough to come and pick me up from the ferry to make my journey just a little bit easier - Much appreciated sir! Would definitely do business with them again in the future.
