I had an excellent experience, turning in my lease (very early) at Fairfield BMW. From the initial telephone inquiry to the final turn in process things went smoothly and I was offered a fair buyout price. I highly recommend this dealership!
I went in to have my oil changed and ended up getting four new tires and an alignment. Mathew in the service department helped me, and he was great to work with - friendly, welcoming, and did me a favor. The car needed it, and rather than going to the shop I have been to before, I decided to have the tires and alignment done at the BMW dealership. I have been to this dealership several times and have always had a stress-free experience. Great dealership.
Had a negative experience working with the first service advisor they assigned me. Luckily, I was then assigned Matthew and highly recommend working with him. He stepped into a tough situation and really appreciate the way he handled it. I hope management reads this because he’s an all star and deserves recognition. Thanks again Matthew!
