I went in to have my oil changed and ended up getting four new tires and an alignment. Mathew in the service department helped me, and he was great to work with - friendly, welcoming, and did me a favor. The car needed it, and rather than going to the shop I have been to before, I decided to have the tires and alignment done at the BMW dealership. I have been to this dealership several times and have always had a stress-free experience. Great dealership.
Had a negative experience working with the first service advisor they assigned me. Luckily, I was then assigned Matthew and highly recommend working with him. He stepped into a tough situation and really appreciate the way he handled it. I hope management reads this because he’s an all star and deserves recognition. Thanks again Matthew!

Had mixed experiences going here. First service was OK and there was clear communication with our advisor. However during the service our vehicle was lightly damaged and part of the requested service was not performed. We went back and they agreed to have the service finished and the damage repaired. After 2 weeks we were told the service center was waiting on parts. 4 weeks later, we were told the car was almost ready but the service center was backed up.
