BMW Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Jared and Don were professional, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to resolving my issue the right way. Their transparency and fairness made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find a plumbing company this dependable. Highly recommend! 10/10

Great company to work with! Fun fact, the section of grass on the other side of the side walk is the city's property. Another fun fact, in most subdivisions , especially under construction you're only allowed one side of the road. This company works for new residental construction contractors. They do not do repipes, sell parts, do service work unless you're under warranty for a newly built home and do not do emergency pulmbing services unless under warranty. Horrible service. They left my house a mess with dirt smudges on the wall. Now we have to repaint. The employees receive no consequences for their actions so they do the bare minimum. Stay away from BMW Plumbing.

This company and more importantly - Don, has gone above and beyond for our house and saved us. We couldn’t be more thankful. After the disaster of a brand new build having several plumbing issues/flooding not even 3 weeks moving in, the horrible company Southwest plumbing came out not 2 or 3 times but more like 6 and 7 to not only tell us the “issue is cleared” but it is the homeowners fault as to why this kept happening.
