My sister sold her clear title KIA to them on 7/29. She did this after numerous calls from grubs with offers to buy the car. They still have not paid her or sent a check. Every time she called she got a different reason or excuse. She’s been promised that the check would be hand delivered to her more than once. Now when she calls, she goes to voicemail and does not get a call back. It started on 729 and as of September 11, still no resolution.
During the warranty period, I went to their place to repair the reverse auxiliary failure. I went there three times in half a year. The third time I ran from Houston, but it was still not repaired. They told me that I could continue to repair it in Houston. I went to the Houston 4S store and said that my warranty period had expired and it could not be repaired for free. Started out as a great experience. Was told there where 2 keys but previous owner had 2nd key in south Carolina. Now a month later still no 2nd key, 3 messages with no return phone call and 3 times at the dealership being told they would find it and let me know. Just make sure you get everything they say before you sign the papers. Second key was finally found. Chris was absolutely great working with my wife and getting that key to us. Actually looking forward to working with them on the next BMW we buy.
This place started off so great!!! Customer service was great! Matthew my sales guy was great! I was over the moon about buying a vehicle from here, even though it's 5 hrs from hm!!! Bought a beautiful 2022 Honda CR-V. Paid CASH for this car, signed paperwork was told tags would be in the mail in a couple of weeks after everything was registered & processed! OK cool understand!
