I dropped my car off. Had it repaired and 2 days later I picked it up. No loaner available. They set the appointment but I was told that the mechanic was behind due to the workload of vehicles. No loaner. That part!!
Needed front brake pads, made appointment, got in, completed in normal time, normal pricing, and got a car wash. Matt from service desk was knowledgeable and nice.
Purchased a new 330i from here and Matt Riley my salesman. I can’t express enough how quick and easy this transaction was. The most smoothest and fastest service I’ve ever recieved when getting a vehicle. Nice car, great dealership, and even better salesman. With the very few BMW dealers in NE OH, I recommend doing business here. Connect with Matt, he really takes care of his customers.
Matt, the service advisor, is very attentive and strives to make his customers happy. The service technician was very thorough and knowledgeable.
This is the third BMW I have owned. The first two were out of college and had to go to Solon-horrible experience. Glad we bought the newer one for wife closer to town and now have service here in Westlake. Kevin is a great service advisor-kept me well informed and aware of all the repairs needed and made everything smooth and simple. Also mad suggestions on what may need to be done in the future and wasnt pushy about any of it.
