Warning to fellow BMW owners. BMW Westlake has a pattern of predatory practices. 1. Purchased my 2021 BMW 540i xDrive CPO from BMW Cleveland with brake calipers already painted red by the previous owner. When brakes started making noise, Westlake refused to honor the CPO warranty claiming the painted calipers voided coverage — on a car sold to me CPO with those calipers already installed. 2.
