Drove all the way from saratoga,ny for an oil change with an appointment i booked from the bmw app. I get there and they refused to do my oil change saying i had no appointment with them. No wonder why this dealer is closing. Poor service.
Update : Service was phenomenal in getting it fixed , even know not on schedule. It hurt their schedule a little but they wanted to right the wrong . Thank you The buying process was easy at first. Then comes the issue. Sales person Steve lied to me, had me drive an hour an a half, for an appointment that was never setup. I inquired about getting my reg while was here, as it didn’t come In mail. I specifically asked Don if I would have pay anything else for registration and dealership hit me with i bad pay $86. Bought my BMW X3 last Friday from Utica BMW. I asked online about the SUV I was interested and went over the next night. Jeffrey Hanson came right out and handed the keys to us. It was easy and simple. When we left that night, Jeff didn’t pressure at all- none of that creepy car salesmen stuff. I called the next day and bought it. Picking it up was easy too!
