It’s December 15th. Our new BMW check engine light came on. I called to book a service appointment and they don’t have any loaner cars available until January 27th!!!!! Why buy a luxury vehicle if you can’t get a loaner car in a timely manner? Buy more vehicles BMW of Tulsa!
Don’t bother making an appointment; I had to call at 11 to get my 7am drop off checked in for the day. The service team provide subpar work and horrible customer service. Find anywhere else.
Expect poor diagnostics and bad customer service. Go anywhere else.
Miguel is highly unprofessional. Will not be using this repair service.
