Brought in my X3 for regular service recently. I was greeted promptly by the service reps as soon as I arrived. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and the staff are professional, friendly and seem to go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. I received a text with a link to a video from the tech working on my vehicle detailing his inspection. That was a nice touch and offered a little extra peace of mind.
I recently purchased a new BMW X3 from Ernie at the Tucson location. Everything went well from the moment I pulled in to the dealership. I love the X3, and Ernie has followed up with me several times, to see if I needed help. I have also had the pleasure of meeting Wes Anderson my service representative, who was also great to work with.
