Found a stock pic on line and asked some questions, promptly got response back and from being out of the area, we were able to handle most concerns, questions and numbers prior to even making the trip. The advisor Rachel was amazing and I recommend her. This was the easiest purchase I have made in 40 years and impressed by the condition of the used vehicle. If we replace this x5, I know where wile will go to upgrade it!!
I had numerous issues with my X5 but they addressed everything and even though it took longer than expected, made sure I was covered with appropriate conveyance. The service there is spot on and always courteous and thoughtful. Thanks again, Tucson BMW
