BMW of Tucson's Service Center is by far the best service experience I have ever encountered. Friendly reminders were sent, but were not overwhelming. Check in was quick and efficient and had a loaner car available right away. I was apprised of how the service was going with videos of inspections, and updates when the car would be ready. Everything about the experience was 5 Stars! Thank you!
After an initial blip that caused me quite a bit of frustration, this place really rallied and took care of me. The experience here in the end was great and I look forward to future experiences with this team when I bring my BMW in for service. Give them a chance to make things right and they will do just that. This was what I was hoping for when I made a BMW purchase. Thanks Jessica and Jason for your help!
