Best experience ever buying a car, even though was a CPO. I drove from Suburban Detroit on Saturday, and had a bad accident on the way to BMW of Traverse City. My trade-in vehicle was totaled in the middle of nowhere. Michael picked my up from the area of the accident, Nicole and Patrick stayed way past closing time to help me with paperwork and programming the X5. The service department found a loaner during the most recent repair and I got to my Dr. appt in good time. Pricing was fair and equitable. Needs a quick diagnostic plan. I had to wait a month just to find they did not have the part to fix the problem that triggered the check engine light. Not only was I worried I could be doing damage while driving with the light on I now have to come back again.... Y'all pride yourselves on doing the right thing. Well perhaps your employees should feel the same way. To find out an employee who loudly boasts about working for you used this language is disheartening. Facebook pages regarding Traverse City have your regular customers there. And potential ones.
