I had a wonderful experience, everyone was very kind and attentive, the service on my car was excellent! Ken was great to work with, kept me in loop and was professional and helpful!
From the moment I bought my first BMW from them I have been treated like royalty. Chris, Patrick, Nicole, Ken Jeff. Parts department. There is no fall down in service no matter who you talk too.
Ken the service manager is fantastic and has had a very personable approach over the last few years. He went above and beyond to make us happy on multiple occasions when needing to service our vehicle. Thank you Ken!
