Aiman at BMW of Sterling was nothing short of exceptional. I went in to just look at the x4 and I walked out getting an i4 and an ix. I will go back to Aiman for all my future cars and will be sending him my son, hopefully very soon, as well as friends and family. Tim in Finance was also amazing. Im not sure if it was just my luck or what but these gentlemen should be training agents in other car dealerships on how to conduct business.
Do not buy from sales manager named G. He and I orally agreed on a price, deal was done after searching for cars nationwide for months. Finance was supposed to call me to get payment moving. Next day the sales manager sells the car to someone else. Pursing a lawyer in Virginia to determine validity and legality of their actions. If nothing else disgustingly unethical, immoral, and outrageous practice. DO NOT BUY
Assad Ahmed in the Service Department is phenomenal to work with! He listens intently to my concerns/issues and works tirelessly to resolve them. Always a pleasure to work with! Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.
