On June 7 of this year, they said the windshield Was there and ready to be installed so it was later taken in and then today on June 26 they said it was not ready to be installed and needed to be brought back at a later date and it was confirmed through other sources that the windshield was not in and we have already paid over two grand. The last couple experiences weve had with them theyve lied and weve had to bring back the vehicle multiple times, and they are not friendly
I am completely and utterly disgusted with the lack of professionalism, integrity, and accountability from the *********************** under the management of ***********************. I was advised to reach out to Audi due to repetitive spark plug failure in cylinder 1 from a possible leak that I had notified them of on my first visit. After Audi's 1st multi-point inspection they advised me to RE-replace my battery, pcv valve, and all my spark plugs to fix this issue. The poor service with BMW of Springfield, ** that I experienced has left me very disappointed and angry.They had my car for nearly THREE months attempting to fix the headlamps. Another company was generous enough to provide me with a loaner car this extended time that BMW of Springfield took to repair the headlamps.The service I received was deplorable!!

Both service and parts managers at Audi are very unprofessional to their employees. Publicly humiliating staff and customers by yelling and throwing insults.
