I was working with Kyle on Saturday and expressed my desire to move forward with purchasing the car. After asking to move forward with paperwork Saturday afternoon then again Monday morning he informed me Monday afternoon he sold the car to someone else. Later Monday I went to BMW of Denver downtown and they were amazing and helped me leave with my dream car that day!
I am now on my 2nd lease with BMW of Sioux Falls, after migrating from the BMW dealer in Omaha. Both times I worked with Jeff Charboneau, and he has been very professional to work with. Definitely glad I made the change, and have had nothing but the best of experiences with the dealer to date for the past 2 1/2 years.
Worked with Jeff to buy my BMW from out of the local area and he was timely, transparent, and helped the in dealership experience be as quick and smooth as possible. Would absolutely recommend him for anyone looking to purchase from out of the area!
