I scheduled a warranty service for my BMW online 2.5 weeks in advance and received multiple text reminders confirming the appointment. When I called to confirm and get an email to send the official blueprints for my repairs, I was told I wasn't even in their system—despite the fact that I was receiving reminders the entire time (and still are since my appointment was for Friday 7/25 at 3:30PM).
