Jesse Crees is advertising on facebook and is extremely rude. He was unprofessional and insulted our ability to pay for a vehicle.
Had a great experience with Reed Veldhuizen! Had some questions with an inspection fee but he explained it all to me and made it very fair. Love the service guys here, they are honest and get everything done perfectly.
Me and a buddy walked in the showroom (obviously not going to be buying) yet were immediately greeted and welcomed to open up the vehicles and look around. Kyle was very hospitable and explained to us all the new features of the showroom units and showed us the BMW Individual website and offered to show us around the entire auto mall. Very nice experience here.
We have just purchased our 4th BMW from BMW of SF, Jeff Charboneau. Couldn’t ask for or expect better treatment. Overall, it has taken less than an hour to purchase. Lastly, they are delivering across the state in an enclosed trailer for no additional charge. Time is something I don’t have an abundance of, and they respect that.
I was working with Kyle on Saturday and expressed my desire to move forward with purchasing the car. After asking to move forward with paperwork Saturday afternoon then again Monday morning he informed me Monday afternoon he sold the car to someone else. Later Monday I went to BMW of Denver downtown and they were amazing and helped me leave with my dream car that day!
